董文攀,河南濮阳人,现任北京林业大学生态与自然保护学院讲师。

研究兴趣

系统发育基因组学:通过核基因组测定,开发大量核基因或者SNP数据及叶绿体基因组数据,重建物种间的系统发育关系;了解物种分化的时间和物种形成过程,揭示遗传分化、杂交和网状进化等在物种形成过程中的作用与意义。

进化生态学以大尺度的系统发育重建为基础以重要木本植物类群为研究对象进行物种分布格局研究,重点探讨现存植物类群的地理/物种分布格局如何形成。

分子生态学:以珍稀濒危植物为研究对象,以群体遗传学为基础,阐明复杂的植物地理过程、适应性演化过程的机制和珍稀濒危植物的濒危遗传机制。
