先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目(2019-20222016-20192011-2013)、国家自然科学基金青年基金项目(2008-2010)、科技部国家基础资源调查专项“中国沼泽植物种质资源调查”课题(2020-2024)、全球环境基金中国湿地保护体系项目子项目(2015-2017)、林业公益性项目课题(2008-2013)、国家十一五科技支撑子专题(2008-2010)、国家林业局项目(2013-2015)等国家级和省部级项目十余项;先后主持国家湿地公园等项目二十余项。

作为项目骨干先后参与国家重点研发计划项目“北方典型河口湿地生态修复与产业化技术”(2017-2020)、科技部基础性科研专项项目(2013-2018)、科技部973项目(2009-2013)等。
